Alli Weight Loss Program


There is a risk of gastrointestinal disorders and eating fat while taking orlistat. Treatment may also alter the absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). For this reason, you should take a supplement before bedtime vitaminizing.

Alli recommended dosage (for adults) is a capsule of 60 mg three times daily. The capsule should be taken with water immediately before, during and after an hour after meals. If you skip a meal or it contains no fat, you have to give up. Do not take more than 3 pills in 24 hours!

Alli can cause decreased absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). It is advisable therefore to take a multivitamin supplement and before bed to ensure adequate intake. Not recommended for concurrent administration of orlistat with acarbose. Alli is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation period.


Alli is contraindicated in the following cases:


# Person aged under 18;


# Pregnancy and lactation;


# Malabsorption or chronic cholestasis;


# Hypersensitivity to active substance or one of the excipients;


# Treatment with cyclosporine, warfarin or other oral anticoagulant.


If you are diabetic, hypertensive, have high cholesterol or take treatment with amiodarone, it is recommended to ask for medical advice before taking Alli.
